Crowne Plaza has maintained its cleanliness to the extreme level. Every single time we were in the room, we were welcomed with clean pair of shoes, towels, and other amenities. At the same time, all the people involved in the team of Crowne Plaza were really hospitable. They took great care of us and I believe this is what makes the hotel exceptional.

we got upgraded to club room on arrival. during check in they found that my kids ( 5yr and infant) were with us so they arranged a cot and crib for us. we arrived at 10am and even though standard check in time is 2pm they made my room ready at 11am. The hotel, its location, facilities, courtesy of every single employee, their commitment to helping guests, the way they greeted us every single time made us feel special. i will definitely stay here next time and i will definitely recommend this hotel to others. Tram was literally 2mins from property, bus and metro stations were 10mins walk. you can even walk to grand bazaar form here. all necessary things were available at immediate vicinity, i guess that's big benefit of this location.

When we entered the hall of the hotel was beautifully decorated for the New Year. It was clear that a lot of effort had been spent on making New Year's Eve an unforgettable event. The magnificent architectural appearance of the hotel is impressive. I liked delicious varied breakfasts. excellent coffee and friendliness of the staff. WIFI worked well. I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff!

The spacious rooms. Nasim (guest relations) was very helpful in trying to arrange a tour for us. He also was helpful in arranging for a doctor to visit me in my room when l was unwell (the doctor was kind but his assistant was very awkward and pressurising me into a treatment which he was not explaining to me, also he was very quick to ask for payment and became agitated when l started asking questions). Nasim kindly checked on my wellbeing during our stay. Staff in general were pleasant.

Great location especially since it was snowing we could still go out as plenty to do close to the hotel.

Breakfast was included in the price and was excellent. Great choice of Eggs to order, some Turkish specialties, cheeses, smoked salmon, salads, yogurts and sweet pastries etc. the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, the chefs I encountered were also very helpful. Reception staff Elif, Erol and Hoce Ahmet and the Guest Relations staff Fatima and her 2 colleagues were super helpful! The location was excellent, short walks to the Grand Bazaar, Tram, shops etc. top marks for convenient location.

Location was excellent, I walked everywhere I went. The motel has a great spa and wellness centre on the lower level also. Very friendly housekeeping staff
